HIPAA

As per HIPAA, CSG provides a standard business associate agreement for signature that takes into account the unique services CSG provides in accordance with our shared responsibility model.

CSG ensures that the following HIPAA requirements are met:

1. Access control using unique ID’s.
2. Automatic log off.
3. Protection against unauthorized public access
4. Encryption and Decryption tools.
5. Emergency access procedures.
6. Disaster recovery and offsite backups.
